The house

A piece of Lilienthal – with history and heart

Back in 1869 our ancestors bought this house for 400 gold thalers. In 1959 we turned to the hospitality trade. When lightning burned the house to the ground in 1980, we rebuilt it a year later – and added the hotel straight away.

In 1997 the German Hotel and Restaurant Association classified our house as a 3-star hotel. Since then we have carried on the craft of hospitality by tradition.
